On the first day of class a student can submit the application to request an advance of any pending refund of excess aid for the current semester. The amount is limited to $400. Student must submit form in person to the Financial Aid Office for review.

To complete your Perkins exit counseling, please contact the Ò°ÀÇÉçÇø University Student Accounts office at [email protected] and you will be sent instructions on completing the online exit counseling through our loan servicer, UNISA, Inc. Once you complete your Perkins Exit Counseling online, please read the Perkins Information Packet below. This packet will provide vital information regarding your Perkins lender, where to send payments, consequences if you default and your responsibilities regarding the loan. After all documents have been reviewed, sign, date, and return the last page of the packet — Perkins Information Acknowledgement — to the Student Accounts Office.
Completing this requirement will finalize your Perkins Exit and the Perkins hold will be released from your Student Account.
