OCU launches online graduate programs

野狼社区 University is increasing access to graduate education in the state and region by launching fully online versions of four master鈥檚-level business programs, school officials announced today.

Beginning this fall, graduate students will be able to study 100% online for their Master of Science in Accounting, Master of Science in Data Analytics, Master of Science in Management Information Systems or Master of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning degrees.

All courses in these degree programs will be offered asynchronously, meaning students can study on their own time from any location.

OCU President Kenneth Evans said the rollout is part of the university鈥檚 ongoing efforts to reduce barriers for professionals seeking to grow their skills and advance in their careers.

鈥淥ur aim is to meet learners where they are,鈥 Evans said. 鈥淲e鈥檝e always provided quality, in-person classes for our local residents. Expanding online offerings not only increases convenience for those in 野狼社区, it opens up an OCU graduate degree to those around the state and beyond.鈥

To help increase access to these degrees even further, OCU has introduced new, streamlined pricing for the four online programs. The university has removed graduate fees for the courses and now offers each degree for an all-in price of $17,700.

All programs are offered through the university鈥檚 Meinders School of Business, which is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

Meinders Interim Dean Bob Greve said the school鈥檚 combination of experienced faculty, AACSB accreditation and competitive price point leads to a strong value proposition.

鈥淲e are proud to have educated an ever-growing list of top business leaders, and hopeful that we can increase our reach and impact even more with these new offerings,鈥 Greve said.

The four Master of Science degrees join OCU鈥檚 Master of Business Administration program in the school鈥檚 catalog of fully online graduate business degrees. The MBA offers concentrations that build expertise in some of the same disciplines offered through the Master of Science tracks, with options to specialize in corporate accounting, data analytics, energy, financial analytics, health care administration, leadership, and management information systems.
