Biography
Miranda is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Oklahoma and joined the counseling center in June of this year. Miranda graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2020 with her BA in Communication. She spent a few years working and decided to pursue her M.Ed in Clinical Professional Counseling at the University of Oklahoma. She graduated from that program in May of 2026. While pursuing her master's degree at OU she worked with the athletic department, taught a section of psychology, and working with the University Experiences department. I also interned at Catholic Charities in 野狼社区 during my master's program. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, ADHD friendly, have experience working with grief, life transitions, expecting parents, couples counseling, PMDD, and trauma.聽
Office Location: Walker Hall Residence Building, Northwest wing (Look for the blue awning on the north side of the building facing Banning Hall)
