Areas of Expertise
Nanke has five years of professional experience in supply chain management as director of strategic sourcing for Lopez Dorada foods. She is also an IEL Fellow with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Marketing and Management and a master鈥檚 degree in Supply Chain and Logistics. Nanke is excited to share her industry experience with students and help them connect what they learn in the classroom to real-world opportunities.
Other Activities
Outside of teaching, she spends time outdoors with her husband and their dog. Nanke enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, gardening, and spending time on their hobby farm. Her focus is helping students build the knowledge and skills they need for their future careers.
